    1. Processing Time:

    • Order Processing: All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Orders placed after 3:00 PM will be processed the next business day.
    • Shipping Notification: Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

    2. Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates:

    • Standard Shipping: 5-7 business days | $5.99 
    • Expedited Shipping: 2-3 business days | $15.99 
    • Free Shipping: On orders over $50 within the continental U.S., Delivery time is 5-7 business days.
    • International Shipping: We offer international shipping to select countries. Delivery times and rates may vary depending on the destination.

    3. Shipping Restrictions:

    • P.O. Boxes: We do not ship to P.O. Boxes.
    • Customs, Duties, and Taxes: For international orders, customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes imposed by their country.

    4. Delays and Issues:

    • Unexpected Delays: Shipping times may be delayed due to factors beyond our control, such as weather or carrier issues. We will notify you if there are significant delays.
    • Lost or Damaged Packages: If your package is lost or damaged in transit, please contact us immediately so we can assist in filing a claim with the carrier.
       

    Return Policy

    1. Return Eligibility:

    • Timeframe: Items can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.
    • Condition: Products must be in their original condition, unused, and in the original packaging. Proof of purchase is required for all returns.
    • Non-Returnable Items: Certain items, such as custom-made products or sale items, may not be eligible for return. These exceptions will be noted at the time of purchase.

    2. Return Process:

    • Initiate a Return: To start a return, contact our customer service team at info@glitch11.com  with your order number and reason for return. We will provide instructions for sending the item back.
    • Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure your return is received.
    • Restocking Fee: A restocking fee of 15% may apply to certain returns.

    3. Refunds:

    • Processing Time: Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days of receiving the returned item. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method and may take 7-10 days to appear in your account.
    • Partial Refunds: Items returned after the 30-day window or in a condition that does not meet our return criteria may be eligible for a partial refund at our discretion

    4. Exchanges:

    • Exchanges: If you would like to exchange an item for a different size, color, or model, please indicate this when contacting us. We will ship the replacement once the original item is received.

    5. Damaged or Defective Items:

    • Report a Problem: If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange for a replacement or refund, including covering any return shipping costs.
       A 7-day window is a common standard for reporting issues with damaged or defective items.
