       - Before Shipment: If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. If your order has not yet been shipped, we will cancel it and issue a full refund.

       - After Shipment: If your order has already been shipped, you may still request a return or exchange under our return policy. Please note that shipping fees may not be refundable.

    2. How to Cancel:

       - Processing Time: Cancellations will be processed within 5-7 business days. Refunds may take 7-10 days to appear in your account, depending on your payment method.

    3. Exceptions:

       - Certain promotions or sale items may have different cancellation terms, which will be clearly stated in the promotion details.

       - We reserve the right to refuse cancellation requests that do not comply with the terms outlined above.
